Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
Operator: STRA VIN SKY S.n.c. · Registered office: [TO BE UPDATED] · VAT: 02471080461 · Email: teatronweb@gmail.com
1. Scope
TeatronWeb (teatronweb.net / teatronweb.com) sells streaming access to digital content: opera-films, concerts and masterclasses. Black Box Studio provides professional video and audio production services on quotation, governed by separate agreements; these terms apply to them only insofar as compatible.
2. Conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed on the site; the contract is concluded when you receive our confirmation email. Purchases are reserved for adults. You undertake to provide accurate details and a valid, active email address: it is the channel through which we deliver your access.
3. Prices and payments
Prices in Euro, VAT included. Payments are processed by Stripe (major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) over an encrypted connection. We do not store your card details.
4. Content licence
A purchase does not transfer ownership of the content; it grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence to view it in streaming, for private, non-commercial use only.
You may not, by way of example:
- share, transfer or publish your personal access link;
- copy, download, record (including screen recording), retransmit or distribute the content;
- screen it or communicate it to the public;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical protection measures;
- make any commercial use of it.
All content, trademarks and materials on the site are the property of STRA VIN SKY S.n.c. or their respective rights holders and are protected by copyright law.
5. Access and technical requirements
Access works through a personal link sent by email, with no password, and has no fixed expiry date. We may change the availability of individual titles for technical or rights-related reasons, with reasonable notice of at least 30 days sent by email to purchasers, making every effort to preserve access or provide an equivalent solution.
Viewing requires an adequate internet connection and a device with an up-to-date browser; playback quality depends on your connection.
6. Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered in streaming: at the time of purchase you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that, once performance has begun — that is, as soon as access to the content is provided to you — you lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code and EU consumer law. Where this exception does not apply, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code remains in force. To exercise the right of withdrawal where applicable, email us at teatronweb@gmail.com.
7. Breaches and suspension of access
In the event of a breach of the content licence (in particular sharing the access link, recording or retransmitting content), we may suspend access to the content, upon notice to the email address associated with the purchase, without prejudice to our right to compensation. You may always contact us to clarify your position.
8. Warranty and liability
We warrant the conformity of digital content as provided by consumer law. We are not liable for malfunctions due to your connection or devices, nor for interruptions caused by force majeure or by third-party events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that the law grants consumers mandatorily.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile; for business (B2B) relationships, the Court of Lucca has exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; each purchase is governed by the version published at the time of the order. For any request: teatronweb@gmail.com. Last updated: June 2026.
