1. What data we collect

Contact details (name, email, optional phone and message, via the contact and quote forms); purchase data (first name, last name, email, billing details, via the site’s shop); access data (your email only: access works through a personal link sent by email, no password); browsing data (IP address and technical logs); your email for the newsletter (only with your consent, with confirmed opt-in).

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the content you purchase and manage your access; send order confirmations and service emails; reply to enquiries and quote requests; send the newsletter if you subscribed; comply with tax and legal obligations; keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

3. Legal basis

Performance of a contract (purchases and content access); consent (newsletter, contact forms); legitimate interest (security, fraud and abuse prevention, protection of our rights); legal obligation (invoicing and accounting).

4. How long we keep it

Tax documents: 10 years. Purchase and access data: for the duration of the service plus statutory periods. Enquiries: up to 2 years after the last interaction. Newsletter: until you withdraw consent (one-click unsubscribe in every email). Technical logs: up to 12 months.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Bunny.net (video delivery, EU), Aruba (hosting, Italy), Brevo (email delivery, EU), Google (mail management).

6. Transfers outside the EU

Stripe and Google may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses under the GDPR.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to teatronweb@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy: gpdp.it).

8. Cookies

We use technical cookies only: session, language, cart, and the access cookie for purchased content (180 days), needed to deliver the service without passwords. No profiling, no third-party advertising cookies. For this reason the site does not require a consent banner.

9. Security

Encrypted connection (TLS) across the whole site; payments processed by Stripe on certified circuits; video content protected by technical access measures.

10. Minors

Purchases on this site are reserved for adults.

11. Consent records

When you purchase digital content, we record and store your express consent to immediate access and to the waiver of your right of withdrawal (date, time, language and accepted text), linked to your order. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and the need to keep proof of consent under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. Retention: for the statutory duration of contractual and tax obligations.
